First, let's start with knowing how to lose love handles fast by drinking and eating properly

Drinking properly
Be sure your enough water, 8-10 glasses every day. You shouldn't be drinking any of those drinks that are filled with salt sugar and calories. As an example of those sports drinks are full of sugar and additional awful stuff.


Eating correctly
Be sure you are eating the proper foods. You need to reduce fat and calorie intake. Reduce on all sugary products such as, soda's, fast foods, fried foods, and especially foods full of fat.

Next let's speak about sleeping properly.

While we sleep our body develops muscle mass. The more muscle mass you've got means more calories and fat being burned off. So if you're not getting enough sleep you will not be able to build up enough muscle mass that will result in less fat being burned off.

Sleep is a crucial factor in the health issues. You need to sleep 7 to 8 hours of good night's sleep daily. Good night actually means you need to sleep early and wake up early. When we seeep we do burn fat at this time, because our body muscles starts working. So that's why sleeping will finally help us to lose love handles.

How to lose love handles by doing some easy excercises.

If you don't want to do exercises it is also good to start daily walk of about 30 to 40 minutes. Make sure to take 91 to 100 steps in one minute. This is the best approach to judge your walking speed.

Working on your abs.
If you are working on your abs by increasing your abdominal muscle mass, than it will look slimmer and stronger.}. The oblique is running along both sides of our abs, this is where you should focus on. For exaple Russian V twist is fantastic abdominal excercise, and that is very useful, if you are interested in how to lose love handles fast.

Hula Hoop: Don't think this is only for kids. Adults will also like this exercise, especially women. If you are a women, who would like to have a curvy shapely feminine look with a toned and lean waist, then you'd better try hula hoop. A big weighted hula hoop costs about $10, I reccomend you to buy. Do hula hoop for 10 minutes a day. Just do it for 10 minutes by the end of the day, it doesn't matter how you get to 10 minutes.

Squats
If you are busy and rarly able to go to the gym, than it will become fast your favorite excercise. With just this exercise you can get in a complete cardio workout in less than 5 minutes. How do you do the exercise? Simply squat up and down as fast as you can. No weights involved, because this is a bodyweight squat. The goal is to do 100 repetitions in less then 5 minutes.

Finally, let's talk about cold water thermogenesis.

What does water thermogenesis mean? It means that after you done with your shower, rinse very cold water all over your body. Do this for about 15 seconds. The colder the water it is the better. Rinse your body with cold water for 15 seconds. If you do this you are producing thermogenesis. Typically this fat comes off your love handles and belly. It works, because cold water forces our body to increase our body's core temperature, to combat the cold water. This fight gets the body to burn off fat. Keep these five tips in mind, and you'll be able to lose your love handles fast
