Drinking properly Be sure your enough
water, 8-10 glasses every day. You shouldn't be drinking any of
those drinks that are filled with salt sugar and calories. As

Eating correctly Be sure you are eating the
proper foods. You need to reduce fat and calorie intake. Reduce

What does water thermogenesis mean? It means
that after you done with your shower, rinse very cold water all
over your body. Do this for about 15 seconds. The colder the
water it is the better. Rinse your body with cold water for 15
seconds. If you do this you are producing thermogenesis.
Typically this fat comes off your love handles and belly. It
works, because cold water forces our body to increase our
body's core temperature, to combat the cold water. This fight
gets the body to burn off fat. Keep these five tips in mind,
