course if you want to succeed in your diet you must reduce the
alcohol consumption, or the best if you stay away from it at
all. And of course avoid foods that contains estrogen such as
soy-based products.

If someone is obese, the fats can deposit in the chest area.

fat.
Cardio exercises
Cardiovascular exercises are good because they are working
out your whole body. Cardiovascular exercises like running,

Strength training
Beside cardio workouts, that are working on your whole body,
you can do strengthtraining or the other name is resistance

your diet and in doing exercises, there's no place for
indolence.
